謹訂於 2026 年 5 月 20 日（星期三），由 僑務委員會、弘光科技大學、台中美國商會與104人力銀行 聯合舉辦「第三屆臺中國際生與企業交流座談會暨僑生就業巡迴說明會」。我們誠摯邀請貴司參與本次盛會，與優秀的國際生及僑生人才直接交流，延攬具備國際視野的專業菁英。
We are pleased to announce that the “3rd Taichung International Student & Business Networking Seminar & 2026 Career Seminar for Overseas Chinese Students” will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. This event is jointly organized by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC), Hungkuang University, Taichung AmCham, and 104 Job Bank. We cordially invite your company to connect directly with outstanding international and overseas Chinese talents and recruit professional elites with a global perspective.

📌 2026 僑外生就業政策重大紅利 (2026 Policy Dividends)
自 2026.01.01 起，取得台灣副學士（專科）以上學位之僑外生，享有三大紅利：
Starting Jan 1, 2026, international students with an Associate degree or higher from Taiwan enjoy three major benefits:

紅利 1：畢業可自由工作 (Freedom to Work after Graduation) 畢業後申請延期居留期間（最長 2 年），可留在台灣自由發展職涯。
During the extended residency period (up to 2 years), students can stay and work freely in Taiwan.
紅利 2：不限產業與職務 (No Industry or Job Restrictions) 正職、兼職皆可；各產業、各職業全面開放。
Full-time and part-time positions in all industries and occupations are fully open.
紅利 3：免工作許可 (Exemption from Work Permit) 無須向勞動部申請許可！ 只要持有有效延期居留證即可合法工作。
No need to apply for a permit from the Ministry of Labor! Legal work is permitted with a valid extended residency card.
⚠️ 重要注意事項 (Important Notice)：

永居計算限制 (APRC Calculation Restriction)： 依據法令，以「免申請工作許可」身份受聘期間之年資，不得計入申請永久居留（APRC）所需的連續居留年限。
Per regulations, seniority gained while employed under the “Work Permit Exemption” cannot be counted toward the consecutive residency years required for an APRC.

【職涯座談會說明 Career Seminar Details】
座談會時間 (Career Seminar Time)：14:00 – 16:00
地點 (Location)：L 棟 2 樓 209會議室 (Building L, Room 209)
當日座談會亦邀請多方專家，協助學生了解在臺就業環境：
The seminar will feature experts to help students understand the employment landscape in Taiwan:

政府單位 (Government Agencies)：
由勞動部、內政部移民署及Talent Taiwan，針對工作政策、居留法規及就業金卡進行專業宣導。Professional briefings will be conducted by the Ministry of Labor (MOL), the National Immigration Agency (NIA), and Talent Taiwan, focusing on employment policies, residency regulations, and the Employment Gold Card.
經驗分享 (Experience Sharing)：
邀請僑外生學長姐與職涯導師分享求職趨勢、工具資源及留臺就業的心路歷程。International and overseas Chinese alumni along with career coaches are invited to share insights on job market trends, search tools, resources, and their personal journeys of building a career in Taiwan.
